Immune-mediated inflammation is one of the important causes of transverse myelitis (TM). Recently, possible association between non-organ specific autoantibodies and development of TM has been proposed. And these biomarkers are considered to be related with recurrence of TM. Although anti-Ro antibody and anti-La antibody is the intriguing biomarkers of transverse meylitis, there is no report of recurrent transverse myelitis associated with anti-Ro antibody and anti-La antibody in orea. We described a forty 45-year-old woman who presented recurrent transverse myelitis associated with anti-Ro antibody and anti-La antibody.
